We are Eszter and Norbert Józsa, and we live with our family in beautiful Pully. We arrived in Switzerland in 2010 from Ózd, in Borsod County, Hungary, and although the worlds of hospitality and event organisation were already familiar to us, our Swiss culinary journey truly began in 2014.
After the birth of our daughter, we decided that we wanted to introduce the flavours of Hungary to the region. After several smaller events, we decided to bring this idea to life in the form of a food truck, which we named after her. Hanna grew up alongside our business and, over the years, it became more and more a part of her everyday life.
We are especially proud of our family recipes, many of which have been passed down through generations. We always prepare our dishes with care and passion, using carefully selected ingredients and with great respect for the traditions of Hungarian cuisine.
As Hungarians living abroad, preserving and passing on our traditions is especially important to us. It is always a great joy and a source of pride when we can introduce others in Switzerland to our culture, our hospitality and the diversity of our cuisine.
